I'm reading about sushi right now, in a leisurely pace as befits a man taking a holiday. On leave and on holiday -- silky smooth like a perfect piece of toro.
Just back from Paris and the EURAM-conference. Had a very nice time, even though I had quite a cold. Now facing work again, and in order to avoid this I've picked up a ton of new books. This one, Eveything is Miscellaneous, looks like a nice read, though I'm not sure it'll have lasting power. I've read 20 pages and I get the argument. Don't know what he'll do on the next 200 pages to keep me interested.
Going to China, and as always travel means packing loads of books, to ensure that they do not run out. I decide that I'd take a book that I've really looked forward too, namely The Raw Shark Texts. Fun, fun!
Often, I can't really appreciate detective stories. Don't really know why. But this one, which I'm reading right now, is quite good. And it does have Immanuel Kant in it, which is a nice touch. Not to mention the fact that it has the greatest title imaginable.
